Brentwood

I have been bad at updating this for a little while now, but finally am getting around to it. I am currently working on a large house in Friendship (update soon to follow on that house). I am living in the house below. A house we fixed up over the summer.

Over the summer, I picked up a house in Brentwood and my crew and I rehabbed it. It was a relatively quick (~5 week) process and is now under contract to be sold in a few weeks.

Punch List:

• General Cleanout (including carpet, cabinets, trash, etc)
• Refinish floors
• Fix Plaster & Paint
• New Kitchen
• New Bathroom
• Removed aluminum awnings & replaced with shutters
• All new windows
• Tiled Basement & Drywalled the ceiling
• All new Gas Lines
• All new water lines
• Small deck out back
